GAMMA Corner Crimper - Fast efficient assembly of window frames

Luna Heavy duty Hydraulic/Pneumatic Corner Crimper is a pneumatically operated (via foot pedal) machine to save time & Money in the assembly of window frames.

The frame is assembled with aluminium corner stakes, then placed into the machine where the adjustable corner locaters ensure the frame is held at 90 degrees. The operator activates the foot pedal to operate the machines crimping tools to dimple the backside of the frame.

ROLL BENDER

• Aluminium Extrusion Bending machine, 415V, 1.5HP motor. 

• Roller speed 14rpm.

• Machine features large capacity up to 200mm dia nylon rollers
   which give the cavities of the extrusion extra support during bending.

• The Roll is designed for aluminium extrusions unlike steel bending 
  machines and can accept wide and high material.

• Capacity: 140mm wide and up to 110mm high.

• Minimum Radius: 300mm ( Depends on profile and thickness. )

• Roller Dia: 140mm standard other sizes possible.

• Note: To properly machine the nylon rollers we require drawings and 
  material samples to be submitted
