Lunasol Ultra Spray Mist Coolant

Lunasol Ultra Coolant/Cutting Fluid is designed to assure the cleanest cut possible 
when working with non-ferrous metals. Lunasol’s unique scientific formula 
provides optimum cooling and lubricating properties. It is specifically formulated 
for spray mist systems. Can be used in concentrate form to lubricate punching dies.

USE: Pneumatic spray mist systems

High performance cutting fluid designed specifically for SPRAY MIST LUBRICATION systems. . Will not effect welding or powder coating processes. Lunasol Ultra is non-toxic, contains no halogens or carcinogens, and is petroleum free and fully synthetic. Lunasol Ultra is design for use on all non-ferrous metals and can be used in all aluminium processes including sawing, drilling, tapping, punching and milling.

Luna Spray mist applicator kits can yield up to 15,000 cuts* per litre of Lunasol Ultra.

Spill or Leak Procedures:

• Slippery when spilled, Hose down with excess water or soak up with dry absorbent clay or rags.

• Neutralising Chemicals - Water

Waste Disposal Method - Refer to State Land Waste Management Authority 

Normally suitable for approved liquid land fill Site.
