LUNA Pneumatic Spray Mist Lubricator Kit

This Spray mist lubricating system is designed to be fitted to any Sawing, Routing, Milling 
or any machining operations.

By using any of the available options of push button, spring, lever, roller or air controls the 
Spray Mist is activated as soon as the machining operation is commenced.

MICROSPRAY with Venturi Effect

Air – Liquid ATOMISER based on the venturi principle.

Description of operation:    This device uses the venturi principle to extract liquid from a 
non-pressurised reservoir into port 3 of the unit by compressed air though inlet port 1. A very 
fine Air-Liquid Micro Spray Mist is produced by the unit and dispensed though the nozzle port 2.
The unit features an inbuilt shuttle valve to provide instant liquid supply to the unit. The liquid 
percentage of the mist is set via a needle valve. The air pressure (air-liquid volume) may be 
set externally (not normally required) via the compressed air pressure or an additional airflow 
control valve.

• Continuous Lubrication of Parts

• Refrigeration spraying.

• Tool and cutting blade lubrication and cooling.

• CNC and machine tooling lubrication and cooling.
