Cognex Machine Vision Sensor Integration and supplementary Services.

In addition to our normal Cognex Machine Vision integration service we supply equipment usually required with camera integration. This can range from specialised camera bracket and enclosures, up to complete facilities that incorporate Cognex Machine Vision systems. More complex equipment is usually produced utilising a network of specialised and very well equipped companies in Adelaide.
Example of a small camera enclosure usually used in conjunction with Cognex Vision Pro application cameras or with vision systems that have a remote camera head and need to be fully enclosed.
The camera enclosure shown comes with connection to compressed air. Depending on the application, the enclosure can be positively pressurised. Or an air stream can be directed through the camera to cool the camera if the camera needs to be in a very hot environment.
The enclosure is designed so that an air stream can be directed through the enclosure and past the front glass to prevent any moisture or spray from getting attached to the front glass. The enclosures can be fabricated from different material. Normally stainless steel or aluminium are used.
