Condition of sale:

Payment: You are required to place an official order (for private sales a written note fax or email is sufficient). We will invoice you for the full amount if the goods are ready for shipping in our dispatch store. Payment needs to be receive within seven (7) working days.

After seven days you might have to reorder as the good might be used for other orders.

Credit Card: MasterCard, Visa (add 2.5% bank processing fee).

Bank deposits directly into our account.

Cheque (calculate 4 extra days for clearance).

GST exemption is only available for export (Customer residing outside of Australia.)

Condition of dispatch:

All goods become the customer’s responsibility (including freight charges) upon removal or dispatch from our factory. Dispatch will automatically be via companies regularly used by us unless otherwise instructed.

Expected Delivery Times:

Delivery time ex our dispatch store usually 14 days; delivery time can be longer if parts are not readily available – we will inform and invoice you if your order is ready for shipping!

Ex store -spare parts and small items are sent via Air Mail, delivery usually over night to metropolitan areas in Australia, it is around 5-10 days to most destinations around the world, Africa & South America can take a little longer.

Shipping via road in Australia will take 3 to 5 days to metropolitan areas and one or two more days if your residence is outside metropolitan area.
If parts are being sent via Air fright it takes around 7 to 10 days to overseas destinations. Sea freight of large items can be 12-40 days depending on your location IE: New Zealand is 10 days, United Kingdom 26 days, USA 35 days. Note: These shipping times are an estimate and apply if the good are available from our dispatch store and the order is placed before 10:00am on a working day depending on work load.

Privacy:

TAMA Tools & Machinery will not disclose customers address; customer's details will remain secure and will not be provided to third parties, individuals, companies or corporations. Money transfer documentation will be shredded after the transaction.

Freight Insurance:

Insurance on freight is an extra 3% to 5% of the value of the goods ordered. TAMA Tools & Machinery will take NO responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit if the customer has optioned not pay for freight insurance, however, we will do our utmost to help our customers if there are difficulties with the shipment; this is very rare and none of our shipment has been totally lost ever or severely damaged as the good come in a well designed flat-package.
