Assembly Table for Doors & Windows

We supply a range of equipment that makes it easier to assemble Doors & Windows and other products.

The picture shows a custom built assembly table that combines various features to make assembly an easy task. We supply also inexpensive standard off the shelf assembly tables that are very similar to the one shown below.  Custom built equipment is a bit more expensive but it can be built to address all your specific assembly requirements. 

The table shown assumes that you suspend the assembly tools from the top. Off the shelf table usually have the air tools coming from beneath.

The table size can be adjusted to the size of products you fabricate easily. The part boxes move in and out with adjusting the table beams. The part boxes can also be moved out manually further to give better access to the screws and other assembly fittings.   

The assembly table shown features aluminium extrusions beams that allow installation of extra fixtures to aid in the assembly (in this case pre-clamping). 

The top section comes with a wood insert with soft PVC top cover. This part can easily be replaced.

An assembly table similar to the one shown is now available as of-the-shelf item and stocked by LUNA Machinery in our distribution store. As we import quantities the price of the imported assembly table is very reasonable.
